Don't Shrink

Another Spoon. Plate’s light? Another spoon is not optional. A maintenance tracker for people who drop weight too fast — minimums, not ceilings.

The combo

Hit the floor. Keep the pantry. Get nagged to eat.

Calorie floor

Targets are minimums. Going over is the win — we celebrate surplus, we don’t scold it.

Repeating pantry

Scan once, tap forever. Same foods every week. Portions in spoons and handfuls, no math.

Nags that want you fed

Afternoon and evening pings from Another Spoon. Nothing overnight. Rewards stay on this phone.

How it works

Barcode, name, then your numbers. Once is enough.

Don't Shrink is built for a small repeating kitchen — not a social diet network. No account. Logs never leave the device.

  1. Add a food

Scan a barcode, search USDA by name, or type the label once. Organic in the name checks itself. Default portion is one serving; a tbsp is a tap later.

  2. Log the plate

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack. Catch up what you already ate. Quick Fixes close the gap when the plate’s light.

  3. Hit the floor

Pairing is yours (carbs with protein by default). Medals, trophies, and crowns unlock on this phone. Boards never see leftover calories or food names.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is this a diet app?

No. It nags you when calories are too low. Surplus is golden. If you want a ceiling, this is the wrong product.

Is this medical treatment?

No. Don't Shrink is a food log and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, including eating disorders. Talk to a clinician before changing how you eat.

Where can someone get help for an eating disorder?

This app is not that help. In the US, NEDA and 988 are starting points. If you are in crisis, seek emergency care.

Do my foods leave the phone?

Pantry, logs, weight, and targets stay on device. Lookups send only the barcode or the typed product name. No ads. No required account.

What is pairing?

Your rule. Default is carbs with protein. You can pair with fat, change the ratio, or turn it off. Broken pairing suggests a buddy food — it never deletes a log.
